Job Search – Important Details for the 2022 Regional Competition

 Registration deadline – February 18, 2022

 Competitor limit – 6

• Competition date: Wednesday, March 2 from 9-12pm over ZOOM. A link will be sent prior to the competition date.
• Location – virtual/online
• Judging – Camosun Co-op and South Island Partnership Departments
• Awards Ceremony – Awards will be given at the end of the competition.

For the BC Regionals we will be following the 2021 Provincial Job Scope and the Job Search – Job Posting document.

Competitors will be using their own real-life experiences, skills and attributes to apply to a fictitious posting and go through a simulated interview experience.

A ZOOM link will be sent to competitors on February 18, 2022 inviting them to an orientation on Wednesday, Feb 23, 2022 from 11:45 – 12:15pm. We will be reviewing resume and interview tips.

The resume and cover letter for the fictitious posting are due on February 25^th at 11:59pm.
