Eileen showcased her impressive public speaking talent by highlighting “Communication” as one of the most important skills to have from the 9 Skills for Success series recently announced by the Government of Canada. Skills for Success are the skills needed to participate and thrive in learning, work and life.

Eileen highlights, “the most important skill to adhere to is to have strong communication skills”. Eileen discusses how strong communication skills can create happiness and at the age of 13, Eileen doesn’t need to decide on her career but she can focus on her communication skills which will bring success no matter what her pursuits may be.
