8:00am – Check in/registration, F building- (8am sharp as the mystery ingredient needs to be revealed 1 hour before start of competition)
820-830am– Rules overview
830 -9am– Set up workstation ( 30 minutes prior as per rules) ( equipment only)
9am Competition starts
12:30 pm competition ends
12:30-1pm finish up tidy station/lunch and de brief by judges to competitors
1-1:30pm lunch brought over/head over to atrium for awards
1:30pm awards ceremony
3pm leave for the day
Competitors must bring: Competitors will be emailed instructions two weeks prior to the event.
