Travel Subsidy Reimbursement Form

Travel subsides are available for the 2019 Skills Canada National Competition

• Maximum reimbursement amount is $750 for competitor only.
• Please scan travel receipts into one pdf document format for airfare and/or accommodation and send with this completed form to [email protected] before June 15, 2019 for reimbursement.
• Please indicate how you prefer to be reimbursed: Cheque or through PayPal which is faster.
• Cheques will be sent by mail after July 1, 2019 – please ensure the correct mailing address is recorded on the application form.
• Please write your name on the front of all receipts being submitted.
