Set up Stations: 8:45am to 9:15am
Start Time: 9:15am to 2:15pm, with lunch 11:30am to 12pm
Clean up 2 to 2:30pm
Finish Time: 2:30pm
Competitors must bring: all their own equipment, clearly labelled. Students will have access to the VIU dishwasher but will be responsible for their own dishes.
Students must provide a requisition to [email protected] for all ingredients one week prior (Feb 21st).
